Production Area: Lombardia. Grapes: 60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay. Alc/Vol: 12,5%. Ageing: At least 24 months on the lees. Tasting: Pinot Noir enhances the aromas and the flavors of little red fruits and undergrowth. Chardonnay enhances the freshness and finesse. The mousse is vibrant and harmonious. Soft rose colour and perfectly balanced medium sweet taste. . Great as a pre-dinner or party wine. Our lightly sparkling, harmonious Franciacorta Demi-Sec is a wine with a distinct smoothness. Pleasant and fruity, it lives up to its Franciacortina roots. This "Demi-sec" will captivate the palate of those who enjoy a slightly softer sensation. Its enviable characteristics are best appreciated during conversation, over desserts that are not too creamy. It is obtained mainly from Pinot Noir grapes, whose skin features a soft colour with the fragrance and typical flavour of small fruits of the forest, and completed by perfectly blending the freshness and delicacy of the Chardonnay. The care it receives throughout the production process is easily recognized upon tasting.
