STORAGE: refrigerated stainless steel silos. SECOND FERMENTATION: autoclaving (Charmat process) temperature controlled. ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 8,0%. Taste:Intense fruity, ripe berries, dense and persistent. Shows a pleasant balance in its body. Sparkling and semi sweet. Fruity taste fresh and harmonious.
